2. Before you Place a deposit please check to see if the Pom Baby is still avialble.
If there is a deposit Pending. Should any one change their decision to purchase
you may be next on waiting list .
3. Copy and print out deposit page with all your information mail to

Contact Me as soon as you have Mailed the Deposit and Let me know that you have
Placed the Deposit in the Mail Only then will I Hold the Puppy in Your Name.
Due to recent events I have been Forced to Make changes to My Policies
A E-Mail, Phone Call with confirmation Number of Priority mail or tracking Number
of Postal Money order so I know you have competed the Deposit Contract

4. Sending Deposit as prompt as possible will insure You of your puppy. You have 4
business days to send deposit . After the 4th day the puppy becomes available to next
on our waiting list. You Must Notify Me when you have place the deposit in the mail
In Order for me to hold the puppy. If I am not Notified of the Deposit being Mailed I can
not hold or reserve the puppy in your name.
5. We can not Hold or reserve with out a Deposit.
Less than $600 deposit is $200
$600 and up Deposit is $300.
6. We reserve the right to refuse any sales. We want our Little Angels
to go to the Most deserving Homes.
7. Angel Touch Poms reserves the right to add the Prefix "Pomangels" to the AKC Papers.
8. Deposits can be made with, Money order or Cashiers Check.
Deposits are for pups under 6 weeks of Age to Hold until the puppy is of age
To Travel to His/Her New Home. Deposit are not a Lay-A-Way Plan.
Deposit is Good Faith, That you Earnestly Sincere about Purchase of Your PomAngel.
I will then Hold / Reserve the puppy You have chosen in Your Name and refuse Other
Potential buyers who may inquire or show interest in the same puppy.
Payment in Full for pups over 6 weeks of age.
( Shipping Payment is due two weeks piror to shipping date)
Shipping Cost is not included in the price of the Puppy .
Final Payment Cash, Money order or Cashiers Check.

puppy, and a record of correspondance between both parties for later
